As an engineering student, Sebastien Clippe took on his first building as syndicus. This experience evolved into a lifeline passion for management of buildings, and the human aspect of solving conflicts. Helping people work and live together, he helps in multiple non-profits, and is the force behind the non-profit “La Mort Fait Partie de la Vie” fostering open communication in a unique and impactful way.
His reach for more scalable ways to create collaboration in the commonholds, results in the founding of WASO. As its chairman, Seb set out on the general vision of WASO. Within WASO, he oversees the development of the products and maintains the contact with partners -both governmental and private- in Belgium.

As an expert in behavior and communication, Annelies Dechamps has wide-ranging experience in coaching, training and consulting. From high stress situations involving aggressive dogs, to conflict resolution in the upper levels of international banks, she knows how to keep everyone focused and goal oriented.
In WASO she makes sure the international team collaborates on the highest level at all times. As CEO she maintains the contact with the board and makes sure that all targets are being met.

Ir. Cas Decloedt started his career at Engepar, where he coordinated high end renovation and construction projects with budgets of close to 10 million euros. Afterwards Cas has taken over the leadership of his family company, active in project management and development. In this role, he is overseeing the complicated renovation project of castle De La Coste.
Apart from investing in WASO, Cas has put this castle at the disposal of WASO to give., the international crewa place to meet up, the foundation a place to hold his fundraising and the growing IT crew offices. As a board member, Cas uses his wide knowledge of the financial and legal aspects of both running a company and the property world to challenge, grow and propel the company forward.

Dirk Janssens has a lifelong passion for connecting people through IT. After getting his MSc in electrical engineering at the KU Leuven, he played a key part in developing a computer network for students in Leuven and bringing this project to the several low connectivity areas in Africa, connecting over 100.000 people with broadband networks.
Dirk oversees the IT team of WASO, making sure that the product in development will be upscalable both in functionality, supergrowth of user base and security. He maintains contact with other IT experts both within the university and the private market, making sure WASO can get the help of the best of the best at completing its mission.

Jordan Mendoza made his name in the US property management world, managing buildings
with 500+ units and training the 300 crew in over 50 buildings and corporate offices from
Atlanta to Boston.
Passionate to help people thrive even further, he then founded Blaze Your Own Trail to help people advance their company full force. A true story teller, Jordan uses his status as a social media influencer, successful podcaster and keynote speaker to connect people with each other and their target audience.

As co-founder and CEO of BizBike he managed to create an annual revenue of over 30 million euro in a period of eight years. The fact he still works with the same core team as when they started pays tribute to his leadership qualities.

As an industrial engineer in construction, Julien Buchkremer has a huge amount of experience on building sites. Currently working as a ‘maître d’ouvrage’, he is the connection between architects, contractors, and clients in this complex world. Needless to say, communication is his bread and butter.
Knowing how important it is for people to work together first hand in this world, Julien has not only invested in WASO, but is using his experience with property management and the ins and outs of construction and renovation to make sure WASO is getting his products exactly right for the market.

Frans Vereijken studied Applied Sciences and Applied Psychology. In his work as Cooperative Values Officer for Rabobank, he has spearheaded a reverse coaching project and instigated a safe and positive work environment. In his role as board member of the Dutch Professional Association of Applied Psychology he safeguarded the level of professionality of Dutch psychology.
Aside from his leadership on the HR level, Frans passionately helps with the development of the WASO products from a psychological perspective and makes sure everyone in the WASO-team feels at home and is taken care of.

Joshua Dutre brings a wealth of experience as a long-time veterinarian and TV-host in Belgium. Renowned for his TV show “Beestig” which attracts over 1 million viewers. Joshua is deeply involved in animal advocacy In addition to that he dedicates his time to running a non-profit helping animals in need.
His passion for making animals safe and his experience of the force of community coming together in doing so, has led Joshua to investing in WASO. He opens his social media presence and his connections in the television world of Flanders to help WASO get the needed visibility to complete his mission.

Neil Cornez learned the complicated trade of a Belgian syndicus working under Sebastien Clippe. In just a few years, he grew into the first point of contact, the go to problem solved and manager of the CDH, with his 162 families the biggest building in the city of Mons.
Aside from being Sebastiens right hand man, his structured style and calm-in-all situation demeanor are keeping the Belgian part of WASO moving forward. Through his role as the central point at the CDH between the owners, the habitants and the emergency services, he brings back the feedback on the products rolled out by WASO.

Kerri Heddell, a powerlady from the US, has started her career working as administrative assistant in the United States Senate. In 2018 Kerri started her own social media strategy and email marketing company, and has become Jordan’ right hand woman in Blaze Your Trail.
Overcoming an abusive domestic situation only further strengthened her resilience and passion for people caring and looking out for each other. It inspired her to start a non-profit to support women in similar situations, and is the driving force behind her desire to help WASO grow in any way she can.

Ben Griffiths started his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he and his team of 33, supported camp of 3,000 service men and women. After his service, he worked his way up to become a Systels & AWS engineer at one of the world’s biggest payroll companies.
Aside from overseeing the US IT-systems of WASO, Ben brings his immens drive, fun seeking, go get attitude into helping the US crew bring out the best in themself. As Annelies her right hand man and boots on the ground, he makes sure the US operations keeps on track.
